http://seller.samsungapps.com is a site that lets you publish your applications to the Samsung Apps store. In order to sell your application, you must first register your application here where it will undergo a certification process before it gets published and ready for sales. Once your application is approved by this certification process, users will have access to your application for download.

Samsung Apps

http://www.samsungapps.com is a site for application sales such as the app store. This site is sort of a marketing and publicity site where the applications are displayed and promoted for sales. If a user decides to download an application, the site connects you to a PC program called Kies which is launched automatically once you press the Buy button on the site. The purchasing process is carried out through the Kies program.
